The Office of Research Administration (ORA-MRB) is responsible for:

• Review and submission of all SOM grant applications.
• Review, negotiation, and signature of all grant awards.
• Negotiation and signature of all research contracts and other research-related agreements (other than for commercially sponsored clinical research).

Clinical Research Contracting (CRC) is responsible for the review, negotiation, and signature of all commercially sponsored clinical research.

Clinical Research Support Services (CRSS) provides budget development, negotiation services, and performs Prospective Reimbursement Analyses on clinical studies conducted under the authority of the Johns Hopkins Institutional Review Board.
