Clinical Research Contracting (CRC) &
Clinical Research Support Services (CRSS)
Clinical research agreements are negotiated by the Clinical Research Contracting (CRC) office or the Office of Research Administration (ORA), depending on the sponsor type.
The Clinical Research Contracting (CRC) office is part of the JH Office of Clinical Trials (JH-OCT) and is responsible for the review, negotiation, and signature of all commercially sponsored clinical research for the School of Medicine. Additional information about clinical trials at JHM can be found on the OCT website.
The Office of Research Administration (ORA) is responsible for the review, negotiation, and signature of all non-commercially sponsored (e.g. Federal, foundation, non-profit) clinical research agreements.
If you need assistance with Prospective Reimbursement Analysis (PRA) or Clinical Trial budget development, please contact Clinical Research Support Services (CRSS) at [email protected].
More information on PRAs and clinical trial budgeting can be found on the Start the Clinical Trial Review Process page.
