Check the Status of My Agreement

ORA uses several systems to track agreements based on the agreement type.

• For contracts, first check MyRap which should have information on the most current action taken on your agreement. If you need additional information about the status of your contract, please reach out to the ORA Contract Specialist assigned to your department (see department assignments here).
• For grant proposals or agreements, please contact the ORA Grants Associate that supports your department. Department assignments can be found here.
• For outgoing subawards: SWiFT should contain information on the most current action on your subaward request. For questions about outgoing subawards, please reach out to a member of the Outgoing Subawards team at [email protected].
• For commercial clinical research or confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements (CDA/NDA): MyRap should have the most current status information. You can also reach out to the CRC Specialist that supports your department for information for commercial clinical research agreements (see here).
